Wes brought his father, Jim, out for an early birthday present this morning. Had a tough time with the fish for the first couple hours before we finally figured them out. Ended up catching some really nice smallies, a handful of spotted bass, and even a couple walleye! As we close the book on September, things are definitely starting to change on the lake. The fish are on the move and the bite seems to vary by the day.
