October has really put a serious dent in my fishing morale. Tale of two trips for my groups today. Bob, Mary Lou, and I hit the water this morning and were greeted by some VERY picky fish. Only managed a handful, but still put together enough for dinner. Picked up Mark and Steve this afternoon and went to straight up whacking the fish - no way to explain it. Best fish was a stud largemouth that weighed in right at 4 pounds.
