The girlfriend and I spent some quality time on the water together this afternoon. Went back into a main lake creek and fished a few pockets. Fish pulled up shallower today with the warmth and sun. Had three spotted bass (one super chunky one) and two nice largemouth with the better one weighing in right at three pounds. Main lake water temps continue to skyrocket into the mid 40s. Upper river arms have already reached water temps as high as the low 50s. The sunshine and warm weather is doing great things for the fishing.
