Just a couple of Nebraska boys out on the water today! My client and I braved the elements this morning to go chase a few fish. I think we were the only ones crazy enough to be out there - didn't see another boat all morning. Wind was blowing 15-20 mph and real feel air temp was around 20 degrees - chilly! Water temp was around 49 degrees and the fish seemed lethargic. Caught 4 nice spotted bass on spoons and ice jigs, but the majority of fish we marked did not want to bite. All the ones we caught were solid fish in the 3-4 pound range. Not a bad way to round out the year!
