Got out on the lake today for the first time in a while. Couldn't pass up the opportunity to fish in 70 degree weather in December. It was absolutely beautiful out! Fishing on the other hand was a bit slower. Water temp was around 50 degrees. We haven't had a shallow bite develop so far this year (jerkbait/crankbait) so we've been mainly working with a deep bite. Caught a few fish in the 50-60 foot range this afternoon on jigging spoons, but didn't see a lot of bait or fish. Hopefully in the next few days I can find some more!
